Ann Pale Workshops & Webinars

Orijin Foundation inc - Supporting Access to Information

Ann Pale translates to "Let's Talk", and we have a lot to talk about.  Knowledge is power! Not just the collection of information, but how to apply it to daily living.

Our organization is committed to supporting access to information by providing workshops, webinars, mentorship, and resources to members of the BIPOC community.  We believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of disparities and creating a healthier future for all. Through our partnerships with various professionals and community businesses, we work to ensure that every person has the opportunity to access crucial information that will help improve positive behaviors.  Join us in our mission to make information accessible to all!

Volunteer needed

The satisfaction of building something together is worth all the efforts! There will be calls to action, and recruiting campaigns when events are being organized.

Nourishing Food as Therapy

As the holiday season approaches, we are thrilled to announce that the November edition of Ann Pale | Let's Talk Workshops & Webinars will center around a refreshing perspective: "Nourishing Food as Therapy" with Allyson White, our inhouse Clinical Herbalist.

With Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other festivities just around the corner, it's the perfect time to rethink our relationship with food and embrace it as a source of well-being and therapy.

Join us in this special edition where we'll explore:

The healing power of mindful eating.

Nourishing your body and soul through nutritious choices.  Strategies to stay on track with your health goals during the holiday season.

This edition promises to be an enlightening and heartwarming conversation that will help you make the most of this holiday season by embracing a positive and nurturing approach to food.

Save the date, invite your friends, and let's make November a month of reflection and wellness!

We can't wait to share this insightful journey with you!
