Welcome to our Blog Corner!

Express yourself! Write!

We need you!

Orijin Foundation offers 2 categories of Blogs on our website;  cultural hob, and health and wellness.  Within those 2 categories, there is a plethora of subjects that can be explored.  There will be a list of available subjects to choose from every month.  Your suggestions are always welcome, of course.  Blogs redaction must be submitted by the 15th of each month in order to be considered for publishing for the following month. A committee will review the creative pieces submitted and select 1 to 2 to be published on the website and in the monthly newsletter. The written piece should have a title and be between 700 and 1000 words.  3 hours will be recorded for each blog as volunteer hours.

The most important criteria is to write about topics that affect the BIPOC community. The language must be respectful, and statements presented as facts must have verifiable references listed from a reputable source.

Once you decide to join the team and sign up, a team member will contact you with instructions on the submission process.

Thank you for being a voice for your community!
